Schedule Your Rental Period
Choose your preferred 3-day time frame for a seamless rental experience. Day 1 - pick up, Day 2 - your special event, Day 3 - drop off. Rest easy knowing our pick-up and drop-off times span from 8 am to 8 pm, ensuring flexibility to fit your busy schedule.

Order Processing
After you've made your selections, leave the rest to us. Our dedicated team will promptly review your order and send you a secure payment link, ensuring a hassle-free checkout process.

Pick-up Your Items
Visit our conveniently located warehouse in Kapolei to collect your selected items. Be prepared with a spacious vehicle that accommodates your order comfortably.

Repackaging & Return
Once your event concludes, pack up your rented items securely and precisely in our designated bins. This ensures a safe journey back to our warehouse and allows for easy organization and transport. The same place you collected your items is where you'll drop them off. Remember to arrive at your selected time

What is your cancellation and refund policy?- Wedcycle Hawaii will refund your entire order if you cancel 14 days prior to the rental date. - If you cancel after 14 days, a 50% refund will be issued. - Orders may not be refunded 48 hours prior to pick up.

What happens if items are missing or damaged?In case of missing or damaged items, Wedcycle Hawaii will charge you the cost to replace the item. - If the item can be replaced, there is no additional damage fee. - For unique and difficult-to-replace items, a damage or missing fee will be charged.

How should I repackage the items after the event?It is essential to repackage the items the same way they were given to you. - Wedcycle Hawaii provides labeled bins for easy transportation, and these must be returned along with the rented items. - A missing or damage fee will be assessed for any missing packaging materials.

Do you offer delivery or pick up services?At this time, Wedcycle Hawaii does not provide delivery or pick up services for the rented items. We encourage you to arrange for your event coordinator, friend, or family member to pick up the items if you cannot do so.

Can I extend the rental period?Yes, additional rental days are possible if the items are available for an extension. Each additional day is charged at 33% of your total order amount. For example, a $100 order would cost $33 for an additional day.

Do you service other islands?At the moment, Wedcycle Hawaii only offers services on Oahu Island. We do not ship our items.

Can I donate items to Wedcycle Hawaii?Yes, we love donations! If you're interested in donating any items, please email us at wedcyclehawaii@gmail.com. However, please note that we do not purchase items.

How often do you add to your inventory?Our inventory is constantly changing as we receive frequent donations. For updates on new items, please follow us on Instagram @wedcyclehawaii. If you'd like to add any of those items to your order, please email us for arrangements.
